Utilization of MCAShelp.com begins with our trainers working with each subscriber to establish Learning Teams. This team combines three types of learning events:
Mentoring, Team Learning, and Desktop Learning.

MCAShelp.com works with partner districts to identify and train mentors - educators, technology staff and administrators who will facilitate learning for other educators. The selection of these educators and the total number will be cooperatively determined for each school. The Mentor training will include a variety of topics to enable them to provide individual assistance to their fellow educators.

MCAShelp.com works within your existing structure to facilitate learning within naturally occuring group settings. Just as technology is integrated into classroom learning, technology training is integrated into your administrative meetings, curriculum groups, and professional development program.
